If you are unable to access the online repository, there are several possible reasons:
You are not a member of mkgestion.ca -> Register and wait for the confirmation email. It may take up to 48 hours between your registration and its validation. If you do not receive validation after 48 hours, it may be that the maximum number of places available for the current season has been reached.
You are a member but have not reserved and prepaid for the production of your declaration -> Depending on the places available, you can reserve and prepay for your declaration via the following link (please note that a period of approximately 48 hours is necessary once your reservation has been validated for you to be able to access the online filing):

If your return hasn't been submitted, we can add it without any problem. If it has already been submitted to the government, we may be able to adjust it for a small additional fee.
Note, however, that sometimes the government makes the correction itself, without a correction being necessary.
Please also note that we always rely on the documents you provide to us.

The time it takes to receive your tax refund can vary significantly depending on the method you used to file your tax returns with the government.
For example, if you file your return with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) using NetFile, you can expect to receive your refund (in most cases, by direct deposit) typically within 8 business days .
Processing returns submitted to Revenu Québec via ImpôtNet takes approximately 2 weeks . However, if you submit your returns by mail, you could wait 4 to 6 weeks before receiving your refund.
Note : If you are not signed up for direct deposit with the CRA, you should allow an additional 10 business days before receiving your check in the mail.
Can I check the status of my refund?
Of course! You can check the status of your refund from both agencies using either of the following methods: ARC
Go to the CRA's My Account service (registration required) and click on the Income Tax Returns tab.
Use the MonArc mobile app.
Revenue Quebec
Access the Revenu Québec My Account service (registration required) and select Income Tax Return from the Income Tax drop-down menu.
Note : While the deadlines described above are generally accurate, if your returns are selected for review by the CRA or Revenu Québec, this could impact the time it takes to get your refund.
